What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Menopause?

I am post menopause and have been for 5 years. I have a brownish discharge, I am a bit nauseas, hungry and feel like I have a slight temp. I recently saw my PC who prescribed a medicine for a UTI. I took that and the symptoms stopped. But they came back.
