What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Menopause?

I m having post menopausal periods,I went to gynecologist and had test done and everything came back normal.I m also struggling with a horrible condition called persistent genital arousal syndrome is why I m still taking hormones to relieve it,Not sure what to do next or who to see. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Vaginal bleeding from post menopause may be due to excessive endometrial hyperplasia, cervical, uterine fibroid, hormone replacement therapy, infections like fungal, bacterial, malignancy, et cetera.

What about ultrasound abdomen or cervical biopsy shows? Take tab. Tranexamic Acid 500mg twice a day, for five days. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your treating doctor for further evaluation.
