Since you have abdominal pain, it could be due probably due to ovulation. Keep yourself well hydrated by consuming more if liquids. Eat healthy foods. Relax and wait if you could miss or there would be delay in periods. If that happens, you could have conceived and confirm by getting your urine tested for pregnancy. Otherwise, bleeding could have been caused due to hormonal variations. Kindly get evaluated by consulting Gynecologist in this regard if it happens again.
