What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Rough Foreplay?

Hi, my boyfriend and I have been experimenting lately. He and I may have taken it too far this time. He stuck his head in me and I immediately made him pull it out because it hurt so badly. After going to the bathroom, I noticed that I was bleeding. Is there any thing wrong with me?

Just clean it with diluted antiseptic lotion regularly.
