What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Unprotected Sex?

Had sex with my girlfriend. Pulled out before I jizzed. But she moved and I ejaculated around her vagina. Not exactly sure of any cum got on/in her vagina. She wiped it off immediately. And she got period-like bleeding about an hour later. Could she get pregnant?

If couple of weeks gone without having bleeding then there could be chances of pregnancy, immediately after the coitus if bleeding happens then this is not the sign of pregnancy, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
