What Causes Vaginal Bleeding When Having Cysts On Kidneys?

My girlfriend and I were messing about and she knocked me in my side (kidney area) and now I am bleeding from my vagina - I have uncomfortable stomach ache - i also have cysts on my kidneys could she have knocked one and burst it? What is wrong with me and what should I do?

Hello,

Cyst may have rupture but that time bleeding will be from urine not vagina so plz double check that it is from vagina not urethra. To rule out otherwise investigate by USG.
