What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While HPT Is Positive?

I took a pregnacy test 7 day after being late. Came out positive. Ive been bleedig for 3 days. Using tampons like i would a normal period. If i didnt take a a pregnacy test i would have thought his was my period. How far along might i be? Last period started 3/29 and time before that 3/3. The 3/29 was a few days early.... and this set of bleeding after taking a test start 5/7... please help.

I really appreciate your concern, it is highly advisable to get done the ultrasonography test to rule out the pregnancy because other test may give false positive and negative results, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
