Hi,

In liver cell failure there will be clotting factors deficiency. So there will be chances of bleeding from vagina. Other possibilities like post menopausal syndrome or vaginitis or ulcers, etc.

Until examination is done locally and systemically it is difficult to say what it is. So get it PT/INR and vaginal swab culture and microscopy. Please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
