Yes my Fiancee has HPV 16 and cancer on one ovary and a syst on the other ovary and this morning she is bleeding way more then usual and is in alot of pain. I am worried that her syst burst and she might be bleeding internally she says she is fine and doesn t want to go to emergency room and I wanted a second opinion.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it's better for her to repeat a scan or ultrasound pelvis and any signs of internal bleeding as the possibility of cyst rupture does exist but usually, it's accompanied by severe pain and tenderness and some time fever too. For reassurance, a repeat gynecologist review is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
