What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Nausea And Headaches?
Three days ago I woke up and had extreme nausea with pain in my head, later that day I had protected sex (used a condom), which I felt fine during, and now three says later I am still nauseous with pain in my head, but now I have vaginal bleeding that started within the last hour and diarrhea. What could be going on? Thank you! also im ovulating today
There are many medical conditions that may cause abnormal uterine bleeding. With negative pregnancy tests, causes linked to pregnancy can be eliminated. Other possible causes of your symptoms at your age could be: - Premenopause - Hormonal imbalances - Medical conditions such as uterine masses (fibroids, cancer) -Infectious causes though rare given your description of symptoms. I will advise you see a Gynecologist for examination and work-ups. A pelvic ultrasound will be a very important test to evaluate your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
