What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Passage Of Fatty Tissue In It?

Hi. I was diagnosed with a cysts on my righg ovary and thick utrine lining. I have been bleeding two months straight so md put me on bc . The birth control didnt work. Today I had massive cramping in lower abdomen and lower back pain . I started bleeding and this huge fatty tissue with a clot at the end of it came out. Could my cyst have ruptured and is there need for worry?
