What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Stomach Pain?

i haven't had my period in 2 months and i made a doctors appointment for next week. i'm pretty sure im pregnant till this morning I had one cup of coffee about an hour later had the worse pain that lasted through out the day. and than i started bleeding... what does this mean? what should i do?
