What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Swelling And Pain In Abdomen Post Robotic Laparoscopy?

Hi I had a robotic laparoscopy on July 11 No spotting at all Today I had a thin bright red bleeding Enough to make water from toilet punk and holler paper have red I do have abdominal pain and lot of headache. I had abide my walking 3 days ..... Not resting at all I also notice swollen in my abdomen lower part I took iboprufen 500 mg Thanks for your advice I m a single mother of 3 boys and 1 has diabetes type 1 .... I have to b ok soon But I got scare

* Possible issue with pelvic infection or vaginal contamination must be evaluated as there is bleeding with pain and swelling of the abdomen.
* You must discuss the need of CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis with your surgeon in this regard.
