What Causes Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, I slipped in my garage on Saturday and fell on my left but cheek and bruised my right knee I was carrying my son thankfully he was ok but, after the fall my lower back starting to hurt and I started to have vaginal bleeding, the bleeding is light and sometimes is brown discharge ? My but cheek still hurts and still bleeding it s Monday now , should I be worried ?

The bleeding comes from the trauma you had.

You may need a physical examination to see how much the trauma is and if you need stitches.
