What Causes Vaginal Burning, Itching And Blood Discharge?

When I go for a pee, I wipe myself with tissue afterwards. I have been finding blood on the tissue, it s like a spotting of blood. The inside of my vagina, the flaps have also been itchy and have had a burning sensation constantly . What does this mean?

There could be many reasons for the spotted bleeding. Small spots with burning sensations indicates an infection probable and most common is the fungal infection viz., candidiasis.
Please go for a gynaecological examination for confirmation.
