What Causes Vaginal Cramps,spotting And Back Pain?
hi i am 23 years old im in my 7 month of pregnancy, i am 5 7 and about 170-175 pounds, i have been having vaginal cramps, chest pains on the left side of my chest, spotting, and back pains.i would like to know if this is normal or shouldi go to the er asap, and would they admit me because of these problems?

I understand your concern.
Some amount of backache, abdominal cramps can be seen in pregnancy.
But as you are having associated vaginal cramps and spotting etc, better to consult your doctor or go to ER as early as possible.
By clinical examination and ultrasound, the possibility of preterm labor can be ruled out and well being of the baby can be monitored.
