What Causes Vaginal Discharge After Period Ended?

hi! i delivered a healthy baby boy april 1st and had normal vaginal bleeding all throughout april then my normal menstrual period came on may 18-31 and today june 9, after i sneezed i felt some gush and then i checked and found brown vaginal discharge in my panty liner..what could this be?.. help.. thanks
