What Causes Vaginal Discharge After Taking Emergency Contraceptive Pill?

I took a morning after pill approximately one hour after having sex. After a day I started having a white yellowish discharge, some discomfort as though my period was near. It s been a week now and I ve started to see some blood. I need some medical guidance please and also could this be signs of pregnancy? Also I would appreciate the privacy of this site and matter.
