What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps?

Hiya. I miscarried 4 weeks ago, at 12weeks, no D&C and bleeding finished within a week, Ultrasound showed no remaining tissue. I believe i ovulated last sunday although OPK was vague. However i've been cramping like im due to start period but milder cramps and intermitent with a discharge that leaves me needing to check if i have started period. However this evening i have noticed a strong abdominal pulse which was a symptom i had when i fell pregnant last time. What are the chances im pregnant again? I wondering if it is perhaps implantation happening.
