What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Burning Sensation In Hips?

Hello. Was treated a little over a month ago for chlaymydia with zithromycin. Also was on birth control pills ortho tri cyclen. Now have discharge and burning sensation. The burning goes from hips to thighs. Is this a yeast infection. I havent had intercourse with anyone since the beginning of June
