What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Dark Colored Urine?

hello im a 21 years old female. i have been away from boyfriend for almost two months and never had sex during that period of time. but since he came few days ago we been having sex almost everyday and since the first day we had intercourse ive been having a thin jelly like yellowish, greenish and cloudy discharge in high amounts during the whole day. my urine is also very dark and looks like its mixed with a thin layer of different darker color.

i know my boyfriend has other sexual relatioships and im worried because i dont know what that means and i would appreciate the help
