What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Frequent Urination?

My period date was a week ago but it did not happen. My abdomen feels stiff and bloated. Also, my abdomen and lower back pains a lot. The pain is not much in the morning but becomes unbearable as the day proceeds. I am getting a whitish discharge and feel life urinating quite a lot.
