What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Itching In Vulva?

Hi...I am married. My husband and I didnt had sex for almost a year since we are so busy for our first baby. we had sex 4 days ago...and i noticed in the 3rd day after our first sex i felt so itchy in my clitoris...i feel it is in vulva. I decided to use albothyl and on the second day after using this product still i feel itchy but i have white discharge but no smell. when i look in the mirror i saw some white spots in the meat of my vagina. my husband has no other woman and i have no other man as well. pls let me know what was this.
