What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Pulsations In Abdomen?

im having pulsating feelings and movement in my stomack. i can actually see it moves as it beats.im also having white odorless milky discharge. some times i feel dizzy or light headed followed buycramping in my vagina and sides and hips could this mean im pregnant although my pregnancy test show a negative?
