What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Cramps?

I have had achy cramps in my lower abdomen for two months. my period last month only three days, and i have started early this month. I have had alot of discharge for the last three months and have had a foul odor especially during intercourse . It burns sometimes when I pee. from time to time i feel like i have a fever. what might it be?
