What Causes Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

hi , i am 35 weeks pregnant and have noticed clitoral discharge in my undies for over a weeks now. It doesnt itch but im afraid it might be a sign of a sexually transmitted infection as i doubt my partners loyalty. Could this clitoral discharge be an infection, or is it normal in pregnancy?
