What Causes Vaginal Discharge, Lower Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?
I have been having vaginal discharge (very scanty) lower abdominal pain, frequent urination and I feel dizzy sometimes when I stand up. Please what is really wrong with me? I have hormonal imbalance for some time now, my period is not regular. I am worried. Please help. Thank you.
