What Causes Vaginal Discharge Of Small White Chunky Particles After Sex?

After seeing my Gyn, she put me on Metronidazole AND Nystatin cream, and I ve been simultaneously treated twice with Diflucan150mg tabs, treatments about 2 weeks apart. Afterward I used RepHresh , the over the counter ph balanced stuff that s supposed to be good at maintaining pH balance--hoping this might prevent recurrent yeast... A few days ago I had a lot of small white particles coming out of my vagina during sex. It had no odor. I ve had yeast infections in the past which have always cleared right up, within days after taking Diflucan. But I m 39 years old and I ve NEVER had these white small chunky particles come out of me.... I m certain my husband is sleeping with another woman. And as stupid as it is--I ve been having sex with him anyway--after these treatments......

Your symptoms seem to be related to a vaginal infection.

It can be a yeast infection or a bacterial infection.

I recommend doing a pap smear and a complete blood count to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I recommend washing and drying the area.

I also recommend using cotton underwear.
