What Causes Vaginal Discharge While Coughing In Pregnancy?

I and 10 weeks pregnant, and I felt some liquid come out of me when I was coughing. Should I see a doctor immediately? FYI- Last year I lost a baby at 16 weeks when my water broke. I am 37 yrs old, overweight and my pressure has been a bit high the last few days.

It is most likely you may have either lost urine or pushed out some vaginal discharge when you coughed. There is no water bag to break in the first trimester and when you are overweight is is not unusual to lose urine or discharge when you cough even when you are not pregnant. You should see a doctor soon for your pregnancy as you are at increased risk because of your obesity, high blood pressure and history of miscarriage, but it is unlikely that feeling fluid in the first trimester has anything to do with your previous experience. I hope this was helpful advice and good luck.
