What Causes Vaginal Discharge While On IVF Treatment?

I am under IVF treatment, 2 cycles failed , this is 3rd time. Medicines taken Progynova 2 tabs thrice daily and Loprin .75. A water like fluid is coming out of my vagina continously for last 5 days. Is it something to worry? I will have my ET with one or 2 days.
