What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Bleach Smell?

Hi for the past months I have been having vaginal discharge that smells like bleach and it stains my underwear. I have onlt been treated for a yeast infection one time. I'm 22 with 2 kids and I have been with 1 person only. What can be causing this??? What should I do??
