What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Dryness?

Hi, i had a busy day yesterday so i washed up and went to bed. when i woke up i had notice how my shorts were way up in my vagina, i fixed my clothes but now it feel like im dry & now i have this constant flow of white chunky discharge. what should I do?
