What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Fishy Smell?

Hello , i'm a 22 year old . I've been having the same problem 4 years .... Many years . My clitoris has a white fishy smelling discharge , its always there . After baths , showers , doesn't matter . I even only wipe with cleansing cloths now-a-days thinking it would help but its hasn't , it doesn't matter what i do what name brand i use are how often i use are don't use something , it doesn't work . I'm in a relationship now && i'm 2 the point where i have 2 scrub my clit with feminine body wash everytime i pee because i'm embrassed he may notice . Yes i am sure its my clit , i'm a nursing student && i've studied the area very closely under a mirror 2 make sure , i've had paps , and urine test done . No bacteria in either . Perfectly healthy in the doctors eyes . I hope you can help .
