What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Itching Lumps?

Hi I have pink and brown tissue like stuff coming out of my vagina. I was diagnosed with a yeast infection then a bacterial infection but now done with both medicines and still itchy and now have bumps that itch and I am NOT sexually active at all. What's going on
