What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps?

The past couple of days I have had a clear vaginal discharge when I wipe. It doesn't leak..just when I wipe I see it. No odor also. I have had lower back pain and an urge to move my bowels constantly, but when i go it isn't much I also have had adominal cramps. I don't know if these are interconnected but this has all happened within the last three days. I need some advise PLEASE :)
