What Causes Vaginal Discharge?

hello im 24 years old and in the bath this morning i had tissue looking stuff come out my vagina, i havent had sex for 2 weeks same boyfriend for 6 months been tested for all stds all negative i am currently on the injection which i do not have periods on so i dont know whether this could be my time on or if this is even normal
