What Causes Vaginal Discharges Prior To Menstruation?

Hi, I had pinky discharge about 3dpo and it lasted 2 days, then went away. I am now 6 days away from menstruating and I have a strong pinky orange discharge. My doctor did a pap and std test and it came out clear. I am on amoxcillan but it's not helping.
