What Causes Vaginal Discharges With Itching?

Iam 24 yars old. I m having a white, curdlike flaky dischare and my vagina itches sometimes. I had uprotected sex around april 20 after which i took contraceptive pill. I got periods by 30th april. After a month I again got normal periods on 30 may. Why is there so much discharge and what medicine can i take?
