What Causes Vaginal Discharges With Odor?

Hi i am 24 years old...when i first started going out with my boyfriend... Before we had sex...he told me he had STI... I didnt care cause i love him and looked past all of his mistakes from the past...we have protective sex all the time... We have never had sex without it... Im really scared but i dont want to tell him so he doesnt worry...i was a virgin when i met him 2years ago... Im scared cause i get thick white stuff coming out from my vagina..i get mg periods normally...theres no change in that..i havent vomited or anything like that either...however about a month ago, i saw a black dot on the tip of my vagina.. It looked like a black head..i didnt anything of it.. When i tried peeling it off..it bled ALOT...then a week later it came out on the opposite side.. Im realllllly scared... My vagina never use to smell like this, it smells discusting...i shower 2times a day...please help me??
