What Causes Vaginal Discharges With Shorter Periods And Spotting?

Hello, I was having white creamish discharge for a couple days, then I had sex last night and this morning it was an orange/pinkish color when I wiped after using the restroom. I had my period February 6-9 which was shorter than normal and not as heavy, I usually go about 5 days (including spotting). This period was about a week late, around the times when I took pregnancy tests. My last time testing was about a week and a half ago. Please help, I don't want to go buy another pregnancy test and it comes out negative
