What Causes Vaginal Discoloration, Labia Minora Lumps With Discharges And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I've been having some problems with my vagina, i've noticed that the opening of my vagina has a white wring around it, there are some colourless blister type bumps inside my labia minora with a white liquid discharge, i also have minor abdominal pains. I last had sexual intercourse a month ago, I also had a swab done a few weeks ago and they said i had candida albicans which i took a tablet for. Do you have any idea what this could be?
