What Causes Vaginal Discomfort With A Cluster Of Long Bumps In Vaginal Area?

I am worried because I have had some discomfort what I thought was due to a yeast infection. Thought I would look and see if everything is ok. Inside the labia there is a cluster of irregular different sized bumps... But they are longer than just a bump. It s only on one side and is weird. Do you have any idea what it might be or if I need to see a dr.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The 'bumps' may indicate that the area in the vagina is inflamed which may be due to infection.

This means that it is possible that an early infection is developing. At this stage , since there is no discharge you can monitor.

If a discharge typical to yeast infection develops (white/ yellow, curdy, itching), then you can use topical or oral treatment.

If it is not typical , then you may need alternative treatment.

I hope this helps
