What Causes Vaginal Discomfort With Itching And Swelling?

I am 19 years of age at about 108 pounds. I have hada yeast infection and BV before, but this is not the same. I am very uncomfortable. I am itchy and there is redness and swelling on the inner part of my vagina. There are also a few white bumps and it is becoming increasingly more painful to urinate. Help!
