What Causes Vaginal Dryness And Painful And Dark Periods?
For the past two years I have had extremely painful periods characterized with little bleeding, extreme dryness, really only passing black, rubbery clots (which I have to pluck out, they don t fall out on their own due to the dryness). I am at a loss what to do. I feel like i am being stabbed with a super hot metal rod, it hurts so bad. I am 20, 5 7 and 180 pounds.I have been on birth control for 6 years

This is not a normal condition and it could probably be resolved by a change in the formulation of your birth control. Please check with your prescribing doctor and see if they can change your birth control pills to on that may regulate your periods and end the vaginal dryness.
