What Causes Vaginal Dryness With Urinary Frequency And Pain?

hi..i have vaginal dryness condition...symptoms are increased frequency of urination, pain while urinating and burning sensation and also pain during intercourse...my gynecologist advised vaginal moisturizer but no improvement whatsoever..and my symptoms haven't improved..can any nsaid cure the inflammation and pain?? and which nsaid is safe during pregnancy as im planning to get pregnant? please help...
