What Causes Vaginal Fissures And Lump On The Clitoris?

Hi, ive had a strange sort if lump that is it the bottom of the clitoral hood. Its definately not a wart, it can be quite sore at times and i am prone to vaginal fissures. Im wondering if it is anything to worry about? Its more of a bug bear at the moment. I cant leave it alone because i know it shouldnt be there and it can cause discomfort during sex. I must also point out i had a baby last year and tore quite badly, my labia minora on the left side is now completely ripped in half, do you think this has anything to do with it? Thank you
