What Causes Vaginal Infections With Green Discharge?

I am having continuous vaginal infection. I have been treated for thrush and Staph.Presently having sex is a burden because of burning sensation in vagina after intercourse.I started noticing a green discharge with almost brown color.i and my husband are presently trying to conceive.i just finished my first dose of clomid.i was also taking progesterone because I had 2 miscarriages last year august and feb this year.i would like to know why this infection is persistent and if this medication are responsible for it
