What Causes Vaginal Inflammation And Discharge After Intercourse?

I have itchiness for the past week and looks like I have inflammation from sex. I noticed also a tissue like discharges and today I noticed a large size of tissue like discharge from my vagina color white with cheesy discharge. I took one dose of albothyl suppository the other night. what could this be? Please help...
