What Causes Vaginal Irritation After Sex?

I have had an ongoing yeast infection but I took a 3 day kit & the symptoms relieved a bit but it didn't seem like it completely went away so I'm thinking it might be bacterial vaginosis but I just moved to a place where there aren't any readily available clinics around so I've just been cleaning alot & keeping the area dry & it hasn't been too bad. well I had sex unprotected stupidly 2 days ago & I woke up to the opening of my vagina being slightly sore & irritated like a yeast infection would feel but it hasn't felt like that in a long time, so I'm worried it could've been from the sex. other than the irritation, nothing else is different, but are there any STDs that would irritate & affect me that quickly? oh & while looking at it with a makeup mirror I found a painless little bump on the inside of the one of the lips right before the opening. I popped it & it didn't hurt or anything & even though I really don't look down there as exclusively as I am now so it might have just been there its not helping the freakout I'm having
