What Causes Vaginal Irritation, Face And Cheek Spots With Facial Swelling?

Hello, I have been intermittently getting irritation in my vagina and at the same time red spots on my both cheeks and and my face swells up. I have visited many doctors but to no avail and they have also failed to diagnose the condition....could you please advise?
